FAQ: Custom Orders
How does ordering a custom painting work?
1) First we ask that you send us a picture of what you would like to have painted. We require one of high resolution so that we can get the little details right!
2) We will then e-mail you a price chart based on canvas size and background (opaque, dual-tone, the one in the picture, etc.) so you can personalize the painting within your budget.
3) Once you get back to us with your decision, we require a 50% non-refundable advance payment, for which we will send you an e-mail invoice. We require payment within ten business days of receiving the invoice or your request will be cancelled.
4) As soon as we receive payment, Fari will start painting!
5) When the canvas is complete, we will send a picture of what it looks like and an invoice with the remaining balance.
6) Once we receive full payment, your order will be shipped out to you and we will send you details of the shipment.
How long will it take for my painting to be completed?
Please allow 3 to 6 weeks after initial payment for your painting to be ready for delivery. Oil paint takes time to dry.
Please keep in mind that we work on a first-come first-serve basis. We will let you know if you are on a waiting list before requesting payment.
